Unlimited Potentials USA

Overview:  Unlimited Potentials is a non-profit  organization based in the USA with an outreach  program in Nigeria.  This initiative is dedicated   to improving the quality  of life  for elderly  individuals  and retirees who have  limited  income and support.  The comprehensive  program addresses various critical needs,  including healthcare, housing, social support, companionship,  food security,  and access to other social amenities.

1. Healthcare Assistance

Objective:  To ensure that the elderly have access to necessary medical  care and health services.

• Medical Check–ups: Regular  health  screenings and check-ups to monitor  and manage chronic conditions.
• Medication Provision: Supplying essential  medications  to those who cannot  afford  them.
• Health Education: Workshops  and seminars  on healthy living, disease  prevention,  and management.
• Partnerships with Clinics: Collaborating with local clinics and hospitals  to provide free or subsidized  medical services.
